Hey — I’m Kyle, the Dad behind ActiveDadLife.
I’m a father who believes staying healthy shouldn’t require a personal chef, a home gym, or three free hours a day. Real life is messy, kids are unpredictable, and most wellness advice out there doesn’t account for that.
Why I Started This Site
When I started paying attention to what my family was eating and how we were staying active, I hit a wall. Most health and wellness content online is either written for single 25-year-olds with unlimited gym time, or it’s so oversimplified it’s useless.
I wanted a resource for dads like me — guys who care about their family’s health but need advice that fits into a busy, messy, real life. So I built one.
What I Believe
Good enough beats perfect. A 20-minute workout beats skipping the gym because you don’t have an hour.
Kids will eat healthy food if you stop making it a battle and start making it normal.
Supplements can help, but they’re not magic. I only recommend what has evidence behind it.
Fitness isn’t selfish. A healthier dad is a better dad.
How This Site Makes Money
I’m upfront about this: ActiveDadLife uses affiliate links. When I recommend a product and you buy it through my link, I earn a small commission. It doesn’t cost you anything extra. It’s how I pay for hosting, tools, and the time it takes to research and write these articles.
I will never recommend a product I wouldn’t use with my own family. That’s a promise.
